Mr. Jason Chan

Founder and Managing Director of ArcadiaGlobal and ISE.
Responsible for overall group business management.
Jason holds a Diploma in Electro-Mechanics and has been an engineer in
semiconductor industries with more than 22 years of experience in semiconductor
assembly and packaging. He is also the founder of ISE Industries Sdn Bhd.
Jason had contributed 15 years of management service and technical expertise to
numerous American and European multinational companies like National
Semiconductor, European Semiconductor Equipment Center and Fairchild
Semiconductor.

Vice President

Mr. WS Foo

Responsible for overall Arcadia Global management.
WS Foo holds a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and MBA in General
Management. He has more than 23 years of experience in semiconductor,
electronics and piece-part manufacturing. He also has more than 9 years
experience in the overall management of PGA and BGA manufacturing with SMI-ED
and was responsible for BGA inspection subcontractor qualification in Malaysia,
Philippines and Korea.
WS Foo has had more than 12 years of senior management experience in
Taiwanese, American and Japanese multi-national companies. He has also served
as member Top Management in local companies.
