• Dec’01: IS Services Technology Sdn Bhd established in Dec’01

• Jan’02: BGA substrate backend process service contract signing with SEMCO/Korea

• Apr’02: 1st AFVI M/C and final rinsing M/S setup

• May’02: Start HVM

• Oct’02: 2nd and 3rd AFVI M/C setup

• Apr’04: New building construction for expansion started

• May’04: Skyscope Sdn Bhd established

• June’04: Arcadia Global Sdn Bhd established

• June’04: BGA substrate backend process service contract signing with SMIED

• Sept’04: New building construction completed

• Oct’04: 4th AFVI M/C setup completed and HVM started
